    A balance company with minimum office politics.
    The good thingsGood cooperation from colleagues and boss. Working environment is not too stressed with very minimum office politics. The big boss is approachable and he's a brilliant man. Lunch is provided in the company.
    The challengesDaily working time is a bit longer than usual, from 8.15am to 6pm. However, no need to work in the weekends.

    The good thingsSuperior always guide you everytime and they schedule everything accordingly. Very organised i must say.
    The challengesYou have to focus and give your all especially if you are in HPLC group. Super intense and tidious work. But challange that change you to be better.

    The good thingsMore flexible with the schedule and manage our time of research based on findings and also output from rnd products.
    The challengesMostly not helpful and less exposure of critical training such as safety in laboratory, the proper PPE not implemented as a strict protocol, the waste management not in properly managed.
