    The good thingsEveryone was willing to guide interns and other new workers to deal with the production and process happening.
    The challengesAs international intern was a bit struggle to adapt with other foreigner worker who only able to speak in Bahasa Melayu. However, other supervisors and engineers are fluent in English.

    The challengesThe management expect you to know and able to do several task from chemical, machining, plumbing and even documentation, the management are very proud about the technician can do everything by themselves, even though the task should be handed over to the outside party.

A Global company that respects local culture. Many awards received recently ie Best Company to work for in Asia, Life at Work with diversification practices and Graduate Choice Award is just awesome.
