    The good thingsMy HOD is very understanding and my superior gives good instructions and always being supportive to me. My colleagues are very helpful and cooperative. As a new employee, I really need guidance on how to carry out my duty and they were there to help if needed. It helps me to learn quickly in my work. Colleagues from other departments also cooperated very well.
    The challengesThere will be some employees who is not liked by many that will causes others to quit their job because of them.

    The good thingsManager treated employees with respect. There are many thing to learn as you work, although there are many things to do, however, I did them willingly and happily. Besides, there are chances for us to collect more experience and in future, we can decide to continue working for this company or other companies.
