    The good thingsGood boss that can guide. Have to be independent and will be given chance to perform. Good platform for the ones who wants to venture telecommunication field.

    The good thingsBos and worker is equal. Your idea, your tough is valuable in this company. If you want to grow your career in telco field, this company is mostly recommended. In term of salary also considered high pay for fresh.
    The challengesBasically the challenge in this company would be the dateline. nothing else. as bosses is supportive. U don know, just say don't know. they will make it until you know. Another challenge is in term of customer. you have to be patient with your customer. As always customer is our king. :)

    The good thingsGain plenty of knowledge on telecommunication especially IBC coverage, Chances given for fresh graduates to learn through taking up projects and making relationship with people who have high level position. Salary is average. Good choice and great platform for freshers to venture in telecommunication field.
    The challengesStress and pressure is huge in this company. The company will work with limited resource so the pressure and stress will come from clients and not from company itself. You will be expected to do the work from bottom to top although its good to learn. No overtime allowance given for the work while you have to work at site at night depends on the nature of the building.
