    The good thingsPerks and benefits. Showing strong sense of responsibility and always go extra miles, your hardwork and efforts will be paid off. Having said that if you are here to meet bare minimum expectations, or prefer less challenge work but good remuneration, you won’t go too far, this applies to other companies too.
    The challengesIt can be too many changes at a time, although the changes many times wouldn’t bring any impact to you. However, this is just part of corporate life in everywhere and we as employee just learn to adapt and contribute. Almost all technology companies in the world, change is the only constant.

    The good thingsGood benefits, and a very western oriented management system. There were many perks included in our Fellowship, and the people were absolutely amazing to work with and professional. There is also a fair amount of leeway in how you work as a manager, and i also liked the global perspective of our clientele and of the company as a whole.
    The challengesThe salary and growth are pretty average, but the perks do make up for it to a certain extent. Upper management is mainly Finnish so not sure as to how much upward mobility there is. Company operates a very flat structure which can be good, but also bad as sometimes orders or ownership are not clear.

    The good thingsThe facilities and benefits working at this company is great. Besides, the Management is sporting and has a good relationship with all staff. The colleague also friendly and welcoming the new comer like me.
    The challengesThe job scope is really rigid and have to focus before processing the information received and it should be done on time. However, it taught me to be a fast learner on several software and learned much on how to record data according and others.

    The good thingsCompany focus on employees' well being, management will have clear communication from top down and employees review will be conducted from time to time so employees are able to discuss career\\personal growth with the management. Company is willing invest in tooling and licenses in order to stay on the cutting edge technologies. The security product ranges are still on of the best in the market.
    The challengesCompany will need to set a clear direction on how the investment funds will go, having invested in the new sector of the industry is a good move but the business strategies seems that did not work well with the current market demand and it ended up sold the technology to another company after invested so much times and effort into it.
