    Truly felt unappreciated.
    The good thingsColleagues are the only good thing about this place.
    The challengesThe management - setting impossible KPI, making it really difficult for employees to achieve, zero appreciation from management, no employment benefits, management constantly make changes that do not make sense, management squeezes the most from the employees, leading to burnouts and high turnovers.
