    The good thingsThere is always a task for you to do here, with ample opportunity, you will be able to learn and develop new skills. There are many challenges but this will eventually enhance your personal skills and management highly encourages on learning and personal development.

    The good thingsRole, responsibility and expectation will be made clear from the start. As long as you give your best with results, be honest, play your part everything is fine. Company is willing to provide work from home option as well and invest in its employees.

    The good thingsGood and fun team. Every employee has integrity. Reward employee who has extra ordinary result/ productivity. Has clarity on what to achieve in future. Good working environment. Company will provide the necessary support to complete the task such as iPad, laptop and etc.
    The challengesManagement will not accept any excuse as justification. Need to drive out to get our lunch or order for food delivery.

    The good thingsFlexible working place, flexible working hour (but still need to be contactable), Reward system based on performance scores, close-knitted colleagues. open-minded environment and also good learning opportunity.
    The challengesYou have to know how to make friends in this company. Very diverse and colorful people and some of them have very different background / spoken language. You also need your own transport but MRT is just behind the office (under construction).

    The good thingsFriendly and good team. Brainstorming to get solution/ creativity ideas. Fair treatment to every employees. Reward those have extra ordinary productivity. Nice working environment. Do the right thing to ensure everything is in progress.
    The challengesManagement need to kick out those employees who are lazy and bad attitude. Don't give excuse as justification that you can't event convince yourself.

    YES! A very CLEAN office! CLEAN away bad work attitude staff!
    The good thingsCompany really stop those staff who taking advantages to the company/other colleagues. I can see some staff pattern so terrible, luckily management see it and stop them. You worked you will get rewards!

    Better Work Environment - HR really works!
    The good thingsI can see better culture in my company now compare to last time! We have proper SOP to follow and good policy to protect who really works well in our company. Thanks HR to work out the policy and implemented.
    The challengesPreviously so hard to communicate with the "senior", as they thought they are "senior" and don't want to listen to the new ideas to change. Now, better after we feedbacks!
