    The good thingsThe environment is very friendly. Most of the worker are very friendly and kind. The working time is also very flexible.
    The challengesRequires experience in driving cause this work require worker to travel a lot. Worker also need to be very responsible with the teaching material since it could easily damage

    The good thingsManagement provide rooms for creativity and also encourages us to think out of the box and support our ideas when we propose new ideas.
    The challengesSometimes we need to work on weekend for events but its just once in a blue moon. So its still acceptable.

    An average place to start a career
    The good thingsFriendly and helpful staffs. Work hours are great but some staffs working on Sunday.
    The challengesLack of communication between staff and management. The decision always last minute but expect is very high. Not much room for promotion and the opportunity to learn new skills.

    A place where you can experience a lot of things
    The good thingsSenior staffs are very helpful and supportive. Work load is moderate and able to learn new things in creating syllabus. New experience handling events for kids Teaches you to be independent
    The challengesSome worker had to work on weekend (Sat and Sun) with no double pay, only replacement leave Deduct all the necessary stuff from your salary , monthly but never actually bank in the money into your account. Please do check if you are working here Last minute announcement which workers had to stretch themselves as management have no interest on negotiating with client to give time for worker to prep before class. (Happens too many times and still happening) Poor communication between management and trainers.
