    The challengesManagement must seriously think of improving staff medical benefits and the starting salary, please stand on employees viewpoint instead of own viewpoint - what is the main cause of resigning, what employees really want and adjust the salary accordingly, otherwise there will always have colleagues wanting to resign and it is hard to retain them. Difficulty of having replacement colleagues. Wish there are more friendly communication in my own team. Everyone is very serious and focused in job, which I can understand as everyone is busy and is working with numbers. It is only about work.

    The good thingsBeing a part of world vest base does teach me on analysing company financial statement and get a good employer. They were helpful and encourage me for my future planning of continuing study. The collegues are fun and friendly type. Eventhough just work for less than one year, the environment was really comfortable and no negative opinion to give.
    The challengesBasically i dont have strong accounting background and that make me to become financial supporter. If i have good accounting background with higher education certificate, i can receive higher salary and good position.
