Working in NGO is different compared to the other organization (Profit oriented). Overall experience was good when surrounded with supportive colleague/team, harmony working environment.
The good thingsLearning about the project management and understand the structure of the organization. Working with other people across to countries and different culture. Received great support and training from supervisor and team members.
The challengesHandling a huge number of project for one staff is looks over whelming. Effecting working performance for undelivered tasks. Need to improve in the project implementation control and management. Suggest to develop strong policy and procedure to guide day to day routine. Recommend to widely use the system in order to achieve jobs efficiency.

    Good Culture
The good thingsIt is good to work here because the organisation is helping the poor and the hunger. The working environment is pleasant and the place is like resort. The people is good as well as the culture. It is so happy to work with people from different background and worldwide.
The challengesThere is not much career path provided and it is on contract basic. The annual increment also not that attractive.
