    The good thingsThe staffs are very friendly. They are willing to help in every ways. They will teach you until you understand. They will try to help you solve the problem and think of the best solutions
    The challengesThe work life balance in the company is skewed to work more. No work life balance and you tend to be working 24 hours. The company can provide more perks and benefits to their employees like better salary increment as they give a very small amount of salary with a lot of workload

    The staff working there is very friendly and they are willing to teach and share knowledge
    The good thingsI love the fact that, the management will be very friendly when it comes to new employees. When there are problems faced in your work, the manager will sit down and go through the problem with you. They do know provide a solution and just as you to provide them to the customers without proper explanation. If you face an crisis even about your life, they will be open to listen to your problems and actually help to solve them.
    The challengesThe company should provide more opportunity for juniors in the company to grow. The work life balance in the company is skewed to work more. The company can provide more perks and benefits to their employees Better commission and better salary increment
