    The challengesManagement with no direction, ridiculous rules and regulations by the company, uses and manipulates employees, don't appreciate employees, customer give poor review about the company, make customer confuse with their solution and services.

    The good thingsOffice environment is well kept, staff is friendly. Product is potentially good.
    The challengesexpect little to none in any form of communication. Management decision is final and is not negotiable. Meeting is more of one way communication.
