    The challengesNo work life balance, expect to work 24 hours. Need OT everyday and also must be in office in weekend. Micromanagement. Traditional system. Favoritism in office. To many office politics involve. Don't have any clear task or decision involving with upper management. No training. Manager also clueless about their work and what to do during task. Top management not professional.

    The good thingsThe world wide is The established company but how world wide landfill s/b i’m Not sure. I was see now. If company member on world wide it’s doesn’t matter.
    The challengesChallenges should be there. Whatever you do can’t escapees that situation. Everyone have skill (individual talent) to manage that. I think nothing difficult matters description

    AWESOME WORKPLACE!!
    The good thingsManagement support work life balance. Company give a good benefit such as extra EPF contribution based on year of service, token for Staff birthday, Long Service Award and many more. Not only staff, company also cherish our children, they introduce Child Education Excellent Award. We have a lot of employee relations programs such as Sport Club, assembly gathering, family day and many more.
