    So far, I can say that the previous management showed more passion for the business. Nowadays at wowshop, most of the key positions are held by new people who seem to lack that same drive. Still, I truly hope wowshop can sustain itself in this Ecommerce (Tiktok) era and shift more focus toward digital platforms instead of relying solely on TV home shopping.

    The challengesThe workplace culture is extremely toxic, with a noticeable lack of alignment even at the HOD level.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours, Job is easy, 5 hours of work, Team Leader and HOD are very understanding and easy to deal with.
    The challengesDealing with aged group, 0.5 Break time split into 3 or 2 session with less time given, pay is fix working on public within the 5 hour range and not double( considered double after the 5 hour range of work which is not fair ), no benefits whatsoever given.
