    The good things- Nice working colleagues in different departments - Flexible working hours - Bonus - Company Trip
    The challengesNeed to be independent in handling all of your jobs, be aggressive and proactive. Need to face spoon-feed "senior" which always never filter her task first instead of asking you help directly. Management should provide more training to staff like this which not make other colleagues struggling.

    My internship at HQ in Taipei
    The good thingsNice colleagues and helpful mentor. Good experience for my 1st internship before graduation.
    The challengesThe office has a online-order-lunchbox system due to the distance to restaurants nearby( maybe about 500m). The system is useful but just a few choices that might make you feel boring.
