Not advise for those who want to start thier career in advertising. A place which it is no choice.
The good things1) Enjoy the event and opportunity to meet with vendors & learn 2) a lot free activity and good food to build bond
The challenges1) Too much internal politics and a very toxic culture of senior not guiding well 2) workload distribution not equal 3) On pretense of work life balance but work load is heavy 4) training not given by rank but using a blanket training to fulfill this criteria

Good learning experience if it's your first role in an agency.
The good thingsExposure to clients from different sectors and also opportunity to learn about the latest ad tech tools.
The challengesIt's not a minus but there is an unspoken expectation that you pick up know how on the job alone with minimal support from your seniors. Have dealt with new hires from other teams who burnt out due to lack of support or training.

    Positive Work Environment
The good thingsThe openness and transparency of GroupM allows us to freely express our thoughts and opinions, this in turn affects the way we perform at work. Such two way communication breaks the hierarchical of an organization, also promotes trusts between co-workers. I truly admire the mutual respect among all employees, regardless the 'invisible hierarchy'.
The challengesIt would be preferable to have at least allowances for parking. The parking is extremely unworthy in value, it would be best if employees were given compensation for it.
