    The good thingsThere is nothing good here. Due to no choice or difficult to get jobs, have to stay here.
    The challengesA lot of political and favouritism here especially top management. Need to struggle on your own because middle and top management cannot be trusted and a lot of lies.

    The challengesCompany is not following GMP, too much politic, and a lot of pressure from management. Cannot go outside for lunch, no shift allowance, no public holidat pay, and OT fixed at rm8.
