    The challengesWorkload could become quite heavy during peak seasons. Better workload distribution or clearer prioritization would help reduce stress and improve efficiency

    The good thingsFriendly and supportive working environment. Unlike other SME firms that mainly focus on MPERS, I was given the opportunity to be involved in MFRS audits, group audits and even pre-IPO assignments, which significantly enhanced my learning experience
