    The challenges-Management terrible at managing the whole company -Salary 3times(25%,25% & 50%) never full per month, keep on delaying payment and sudden change of date for salary payment -bad management, poor teamwork and selfish environment -No benefit at all: no OT, claim payment delayed for almost 3months

    The good thingsAlmost all hardworking teammates, supportive leader, and friendly operators. Flexible work and break time. A good place to gain a lot of experience. Nice working environment and good management systems.
    The challengesHigh pressure company, material and machine problem most everyday in a week. Should produce the training session for the fresh graduate. Make simple schedule for the new worker. Always updating and revise the related documents.
