    Very good place for exposure in medical surgery field
    The good thingsThe tasks delegated are enjoyable and very less headache for paperwork. Achievements are acknowledged and motivated to perform well.
    The challengesManagement should exercise caution while communicating with staff. Management should also get the staff's opinion before making any changes in he company that would have affect on staffs.
