    Received calls from internal employees and distributes work order to relevant department.
    The good thingsMy supervisor and my colleagues are friendly. They are willing to teach you anything that you wanted to know. Even though there was a hard time to start at first but this is normal. Everything should start from bottom.
    The challengesThere was too many numbers, ID and names to remember in order to help ourselves to work even faster even though there was a list. Create a new work order has too many steps if this can overcome, working fast wouldn't be much problems.
