    The challengesHigh expectation, upper management takes thing very personal, reality staffs dont feel safe due to easily to get terminate and no benefit/perks/good pc. No HR to support staff. Honest review.

    Recommended firm with individual design style
    The good thingsWorking there for almost 5 years and sad to depart due to family business matters. Overall I have enjoyed the company with her cultures especially the friendly environments among colleagues and the bosses who are kind enough to excuse my mistakes made along the years .No-reprimanding- culture together with encouraging remarks have helped to keep the good esteems to excel better.
