    Great organization culture and leadership
    The good thingsGood place to start up from nobody to somebody. Learning ground to manage team, to be a leader, to be part of a company that feel like a family. For juniors, opportunities are given to those who are prepared and willing to explore out of their comfort zone. Great company dinners, gathering, great bosses.
    The challengesThis is an SME, hence the bargaining power of the company compare to their customers are rather low. Customers are king. Operation could be tedious. But people does work with passion.
