    Fast pace environment and self-growth
    The good thingsA good training ground to be adaptive to fast paced environment. Promote knowledge and self-growth. Not much of office politics because you have no time for that. Colleagues are really nice and willing to help when needed.
    The challengesOccasionally stay back when job required, and not paid for OT for executive levels. Overall system still have rooms of improvement.

    The good thingsYou learn how to deal to egomania, challenging demands and ever critical reviews and inspections. Budding young graduates may pick up some experience in a less structured setting. Learn to work in a team but be prepared to be accountable and responsible individually
    The challengesDealing with sarcasm, scorn and ambiguous respect for the individual. Problems are generally personalized rather than evaluated from root cause aspects. Bonuses are usually deferred to late in the following year to discourage year end departures.

    The good thingsI received an one-month internship extension offer due to satisfactory work performance. The co-workers were friendly and the RA executives were willing to teach and coach so that we received clearer instructions and committed better performance and result at work. Human Resource was efficient and helpful.
    The challengesNew exposure of different working environment. Pharmaceutical is a whole brand new field of work for me but glad that I was accepted by XSP to obtain new knowledge and abilities other than my field (Biotechnology).

Few top management although they are entering retirement age, do support my short, mid and long term planning for the team expansion and the product growth in capturing the market.
