Should I say it is good ground for the training to work professionally? The management gives quite a good bonus based on the monthly performance of the company especially in this MCO...
    The challengesIf you want to learn entrepreneurship or exceptional skills to excel this is for you. Because the boss can teach you a lot of things. If you are not then too bad, please stay away because you will be stressed up.

    Teamwork oriented company
    The good thingsEveryone work as a team, helping each other especially if we cannot cope or face difficulties. We can learn a lot of things out of our department. Everyone is willing to share and teach. We have an incentive as a whole team when we achieve a company target. Every year we have a company trip or company event. Whenever the company do well, everyone is rewarded.
    The challengesSometimes we face fussy customer or last-minute request from the customer which need to be done in a short time. But when we can manage to deliver customer requests, it is job satisfaction.
