    The good thingsIn Xiao En , you are experiance people value on what you are doing. Their HR are the best HR on Manage,all other department are working togather as a team without any issue.My previous Hospitality Department are challenge but organaize for top to bottom.

    The good thingsA good place for old fox to work here, especially for those ages above 50 waiting for pension.
    The challengesWorking as an IT person in this company, the biggest challenge is to implement IT system. To many old-fox in this company, most of them included management did not plan to have any changes.

    Volunteering in Xiao En Life Story House
    The good thingswhole team of volunteers are taking shift to take care of the library, and sometimes would work together to have public events to attract people coming by to visit library. We volunteers are at the same time helping each other too, by having sharing of own stories of grieve and loss.
    The challengesLess outsiders coming over to pay a visit to the life story house, as it is located inside the building of Xiao En (which normally people would not purposely visit a place with dead people). People would not be able to explore more of this place, even though it is really something good and nice.

    The good thingsWorking environment quit friendly and have salary increment after get confirmation.
    The challengesThe different of the company are you have to wake up early like 6am when Ching Ming Festival or Salvation periods and go to Nilai Memorial Park work as promoter there. During that periods, mostly will sell fruits, paper houses, paper car, paper money for grave purposes. Besides that , some worker also in-charge for meals services, for instance, serves rices and vegetables to customers.
