Driven by a dedicated team and global collaboration, lead the company toward continuous growth, excellence, and a positive, inclusive work culture.
The good thingsCompany success is driven by a dedicated team focused on excellence. Department heads offer valuable mentorship, while regular visits from leadership in China strengthen global connections. We prioritize our people, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment through team-building activities.

The role offers great benefits, work-life balance, and a friendly atmosphere, but requires office presence, Mandarin skills, and adaptability to changing tasks from HQ.
The good things- Great Benefits & Perks: coffee/milk tea days and a monthly pantry restock. - Birthday and Festive Celebrations. - Work-Life Balance and Friendly Colleagues.
The challenges- Required to work in the office. - HQ is in China, speaking and writing well in Mandarin is helpful. But, communication might not always be in sync between there and here, so follow-up may be needed. - Tasks are assigned by HQ, need to be flexible and accept changes if the project/ tasks shift.

Great culture but limited skill growth.
The good things- Work life balance - The colleagues is nice and friendly - Festival/ birthday celebration. - Got free tea/coffee every week
The challenges- Language barrier. All the documents are written in Chinese and need to have extra effort to translate it. - No proper planning and training for the tasks given and those to be assigned. - Not really utilize the skills required during the hiring process and the tasks can be repetitive.

Balanced Growth with Good and Bad
The good things- Strategic location, walking distance to public transport (LRT & MRT). - Work life balance. - Friendly and supportive colleagues. - Festival/ birthday celebration. - As a new startup, there might be challenges and problems you will face. It's a great learning opportunity on problem solving.
The challenges- Language barriers as the HQ in China. But should be not much of an issues as you can navigate through translation tools. - Work can be repetitive or mundane. - Lack of Work from home flexibility. - Not suitable for those prefer fast-paced environment.

Company culture is nice, coworkers are lovely.
The good thingsGame testing is objectively tedious work, but generally there isn't too much pressure. Plenty of benefits, great work life balance, company culture is nice and coworkers are a lovely bunch.
The challengesAs the company's HQ is based in China, the language barriers may prove to be a challenge. Though, even if you don't speak Mandarin, it won't be a huge issue. The only downside is that there's currently no flexibility for hybrid/remote working.

    Great, will recommend to others.
The good thingsOffice location is great, plenty of public transportation since we are close to KL Sentral. Building also got foodcourt so can find affordable food in KL. Work life balance, i always go back on time and no OT required. I have great communication with my team (depends on which team are you with) and we are open to discussion. Office management and peers are great, we have a lot of office snacks, team building, birthday celebrations, and other benefits. Overall, I'm satisfied working here.
The challengesA bit challenging if you don't understand Mandarin since most of the documents are in mandarin. But you can easily translate it so not really a big deal.
