    The good thingsI work at a factory that I truly enjoy being a part of. One of the things I love most is the people — my colleagues are not only friendly and fun, but they are also highly dedicated to their work. We have a strong sense of teamwork, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand when needed.
    The challengesFrom a finance perspective, one of the main challenges we face is when there is production downtime. When this happens, it can affect delivery schedules and lead to penalties or late charges from customers. This puts financial pressure on the company and requires careful budgeting and cost control.

    The good thingsA lot of training. Company is willing to invest in training to improve employees' hard skills and soft skills. Frequent incentives to appreciate employees' effort. Subsidy is provided for canteen food. Location is close to where I live.
    The challengesLow salary and poor health benefits (panel clinics only include branches near Tanjung Malim, dental/optical care not included). Longer working hours and shorter lunch break than my previous workplaces. Break time is non-flexible.
