    Just a nice job place
    The good thingsmoderate salary. they pay you more if you workhard (OT) basic can be 1500 not include allowance, commission and OT. if you workhard, minimum salary could up to 2.5K. one more thing, just work here. this is big company. they provide you hostel. no need go outside. cafe also provided. neerest town is merlimau and jasin. not boring at all.
    The challengescommunication barrier.they want local people to learn as fast as we can. but its ok. learnt as much as you can. then you will replace them. we still need to feed our mouth.

    The good things8 Hour working time every day accept off day.
    The challengesCannot take a leave for a long time and public holiday still have to work.

    Low in communication and the working hours is like crazy, no life for ya
    The good thingsGood pay and benefits, easily to get 2k++ if u can ot straight for 6 day. easy to apply for job
    The challengesHard time in communication since they cant even say simple english. you will working 6 days and sometime you force to come even your rest day. Sometime you force to work outside your scope even you dont have a qualification for it
