    The challengesFail in deliver project. You will be assigned to handle failed project and just for let customer scold and without solution. And until now I haven’t received my five months EPF.

    The good thingsFriendly colleague. Other than that nothing much here.
    The challenges1. Poor management 2. Poor leadership from head of department. 3. Everything is a mess with no proper procedure. 4. Not full PH given. 5. Super high turn over 6. Management can really talk and talk but can't do the proper work. Chinapek company.
