    Excellent
The good things1. Friendly environment between staff and contract workers for 2 months like us. 2. Staff helping a lot on how to do certain jobs. 3. The manager really taking care of our health by providing us with a vitamin. 4. Shift jobs might be tiring but it is so satisfied when you know that you are helping a pilgrims process so that they can go to Jeddah to perform a Hajj without facing any problems.
The challenges- There is nothing unsatisfied to me during working with XYBase. - If you don't have a transportation, it will be provided by a company, riding a van to the airport.

Seeking experience? XYBASE is the best place!
The good thingsThe working environment is so calming and relaxing. With friendly and easy going colleague will make you feel like working at home. Most workers are young and in average of 20-40 years old. So it is also an added advantage to find your perfect match for those who are still single. Teamwork is the most important thing that is well-practiced in this company.
The challengesThe challenges that I need to face here is to lend my hand in helping others. This is because, everybody is willing to help without any complaints. Other than that, we need to be friendly because everyone loves to smile.

The company was doing well when it initially started out with klia.project, eventually too much diversifocation that focus was lost along the way
The good thingsThe big boss is very well connected and is a capable person who tries ro bring in the business.
The challengesToo much diversity in business from IT to retails akd resraurant causing resources, especially financial resources to be all invested heavily thus core employee benefits such as epf are not paid.

    Up's and Low's
The good things- did taught me a lot of on how IT business are doing especially in Malaysia - taught me on how to mingle with people on certain positions - acquiring hi-profile IT project makes the staff's felt confident - finally, it thought me on how to become a successful person in the future
The challenges- late pay and sometimes missed the salary timeline - due to the nature of business and the size of the projects, we are unsure why some mandatory deductions not being done - the company having quite number of staff's turnover which make the team having difficulty to adapt to new team members - carrier enhancement are difficult
