    Yakult culture is good. But not in Ipoh Branch due to the superiors behavior here. Think twice before join Yakult Home Delivery Ipoh Branch.
    The good thingsKnow more people and improve customer service skill. Pay and benefit is good.
    The challengesLong hour explore under the Sun. Ipoh branch Home Delivery Superiors are very toxic. Gossip around and playing politic in the department. Very rude during the morning briefing when they are not in good mood. Threaten staff to stay back after work and informed it's order from Japanese bosses. Always force staff OT on Saturday to achieve the branch target (Although they strongly mentioned it's 5 days work).

    The good thingsThe work-life balance practiced here is very encouraging for people who value this attributes. The working environment is superb and very supportive.

    - Place for you to grow mature -
    The good thingsMight able to learn Japanese culture; the politely way to greet each others. Colleagues are nice and willing to help each others. Strong team work and highly motivated by senior/supervisor. We have morning briefing everyday, a very good opportunity to force yourself to be brave enough to speak in the public & as department needed for role play session etc. Overall, quite enjoy.
    The challengesNot easy to find customers from door-to-door. Workload is much and not even have any chance to back home on time. Cannot simply take leave or else incentive will be deducted by management.

    The good thingsA good platform to improve communication skill and build confident level. Other than that, Yakult is one of the establish company and gained a lot of consumer trust. A good networking also can gained through this position since this position required to meet a lot of people with varieties of attitude and experience. As a conclusion, PR & Science department is good for self improvement. :)
    The challengesThe challenges is in term of language because we need to faced a lot of people with different races. It will be good if we know to speak other language because from that we can attract more attention from customer besides can make the conversation become smooth. Of course we need to faced a lot of behavior so that this job required a high passion from the person.

    Not too good nor bad
    The good thingsYou get paid of what you gave out to this company, is good. Might need to work lots but get to learn a lots of things like communication. Most important is that I have a bunch of nice colleagues and good working environment, you won't feel like not waking up in the early morning to work. It's good.
    The challengesSometimes people do not accept ideas or get banned directly but not even have a chance to try. When people are not humble, then will be giving up on teaching them.Benefit of company might consider as less compared to other companies, but still okay!
