    A good place to start your career
    The good thingsThis company has a good atmosphere where everyone is willing to give guidance to new comers. In Mixing department, I carry out inspection and testing on the rubber product and ensure the product satisfies the specification from R&D. QC must be able to analyze the data, trace production history and machine data logger, inspect test piece and interview the operator as well as the line leader to make a judgement and wise decision whenever issue arrive about our product.
    The challengesThe overtime rate quite low for executive level. Therefore, the employer should consider to increase up the rate as an appreciation to workers who sacrifice their energy and time for the company operations.

    The challengesmgmt is poor,salary low,you doesnt have medium to voice up yr opinion. after all just dont work too long here.

    The challengesOnes need to be independent and at the same time know how to and ready to cooperate with others either your team mate or among co-workers. Rubber productions is not popular to many job seekers, as environmental aspects always playing in their mind, but look at it as an opportunity.
