    Heavy Multitasking
    The good thingsSmall organization where everyone needs to few roles and tasks at once. It will be good if you are a fast learner because you will need to pick up fast in this company and all the training are mostly on the job training.
    The challengesLacking of support and resources from the HQ, regional office and management. No proper or formal job training and induction, all jobs need to be figured by own to complete.
