Managing data entry of beneficiaries and maintaining the Performance Tracker & Payment Tracker up to date
The good thingsI enjoyed the working environment and working lifestyle here as it's not too rigid in certain aspects and the manager line encourages their associates to have a work life balance
The challengesI'm not really enjoyed and agreed on the data management system and data track record as it's not reliable and efficient anymore as the company got a lot of beneficiaries data to keep on track and the Tracker and scholar management system being corrupted sometimes

There are good and bad, choice is yours
The good things1) Suitable for learning new things and beautify your career path. 2) As a government agency, there are few advantages when come to subscribing service from vendor (discount, lower payment rate than normal) 3) Nice office environment, less stress and friendly colleague (young and old are like family). 4) Flexible working hour. 5) Feast is the best day in the office, really enjoy the food.
The challenges1) Supremacy challenge between higher management. Most of the time, they were making critical decision without considering all possible related parties. 2) Lavish spending on some matter that consider lower priority over highest priority. 3) Most fellows are hard to adapt with modern technology to ease your job and working in their comfort zone (stay with old + hard way). 4) Sometimes staff are confuse on the direction of the company (of course influenced a bit by external factor such as current government).
