I personally did not enjoy working in the company, as I am in the wrong place for Civil Engineering.
The good thingsThe company culture is quite lax, and if you enjoy an informal and Malay-style company culture, this company will be for you.
The challengesThe company tends to use more informal methods of communication such as the usage of WhatsApp in order to announce major company events instead of using more formal methods such as the usage of e-mail or Slack. Furthermore, there is not a direct section in this company that involves Civil Engineering, and the most that this company can offer for interns in the Civil Engineering section would be the Project Management section.

    Peaceful, understanding leader, great communication
The good thingsThe environment was what I most appreciated. A great work atmosphere has a significant impact on how you will work. Additionally, the best teamwork results from the best leader. Always be kind to your employees because it will improve their attitude and energy levels, leading to better productivity.
The challengesSince I interned during the COVID-19 epidemic, I would argue that the company's issues came from the global situation, and I frequently received memos from my manager requesting work from home sessions.

all employee and employers are friendly
The good thingsemployee of the organization will teach until you understand and will guide you in any situation on how to solve problems. the working environment in the office is not stressful due to friendly colleague and the scenery in the area is nice and relaxing.
The challengeschallenges to work for this company is their computer. some of the sections in the organization need a database to arrange the name of student who is applying for loans, repayment, and scholarship because it is very hard to search a data which is manually written on a form of paper and need to search it, by making it digital, data can be search faster, and save time to solve problems. computer that is being used should be standardized except for section that has designers should have a higher performance computer for designing purposes.

The challengesThe attitude of the staffs, the work flow and the work itself was very simple. However, the attitude of some of the staff who likes to procrastinate burdens others.
