A pit stop before jumping into real career
The good thingsFriendly working environment, lunch provided, chances to learn about other fields and various job scope.
The challengesPoor management, obviously biased, poor distribution of work and unclear job scope based on position assigned, lack of training and career enhancement opportunity, rules and regulations of company are not clearly defined and keep changing without earlier memo (no black and white), workers' welfare are poorly taken care of, need to improve more on planning and overall safety measure.

    Past experience for 3 years
The good thingsStable and well protection at the working environment. Employer willing to guide and teach. Experience outstation at other countries to enhancing social with oversea customers. Great teamwork supporting and enjoying stable incomes earning.
The challengesExploring the outside market with limited details, pricing and design of products. Pricing follows the daily market and required for strong skills on negotiating. Need to be extreme careful on schedule arrangement for processing of the end product until delivery on customer hand. Quality issue also as one of major concern as well.
