    The good thingsI would definitely suggest anyone who wants to be in work environment that is so supportive for individual career growth to be part of this company. The Partners & most of the auditors here are very much knowledgeable and willing to share the knowledge with you if you show the interest to grow and build a strong base for your career experience.
    The challengesThe office is quite small, so you have to expect so many documents everywhere in the company. Nevertheless, that's what makes people there have quite strong bond between each other.

    My job are challenging, refreshing, and interesting but at the same time I get to feel like I'm having an impact on the world outside my window.
    The good thingsMy employer providing all facilities to meet my industrial training requirements. He always putting me in high spirit and gave me wise suggestions that were crucial in order to produce a flawless, quality audit reports.
    The challengesThere is one challenging scenario that I have encountered during my internship here. Not all client are easy to handle. In my case, I got one client that always give me a hard time and forced me to start from the beginning until the audit report was submitted.

    A great firm for gaining knowledge
    The good thingsA good environment for working, good training and relationship between managerial level and entry level. Updated schedule for audit working paper and reporting. Following all the standards provided by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Supervisor helping and teaching the step by step for the non-experience staff.
    The challengesSince it is a medium sized firm, we will be rushing for submission dateline and the pressure is a bit high. This firm have total of 20 staff which a staff will handle around 10 to 15 cases for a year.

    Great experience comes with great challenge
    The good thingsGreat team working among the colleagues. Principal willing to share and educate staff. Good assist from Seniors and superior.
    The challengesManage yourself and your tasks during peak time. Massive workload with tight due date schedule. Please hire more staff and be wise during peak time arrangement

    Working environment
    The good thingsFriendly working environment. both manager & staffs are easy to communicate with. Considerate on the staffs. They are flexible in for OT replacements , in case there is an emergency. Proper OT claims & food allowances given. Even GST allowance is available.
    The challengesThe salary could be increased a bit more so that can avoid higher turnover rate. The office could be situated in a different location, quite difficult to find & the area does not seem suitable for an Audit firm.

    The good thingsThe branch manager provided a good training to me as she give me opportunity for review audit junior files. The firm using AXP audit express to perform their audit.
    The challengesThe most difficult will be although the firm have using the audit software to perform audit but there are not fully utilised the software for example of the materiality level in auditing although the software have automated calculated but we not to reperform the materiality level are suitable for the specific cases.
