    The good things"Working here has been a positive experience, with a good environment and supportive colleagues throughout my journey. Although the majority of employees are not Bumiputera, the warm welcome and learning experiences have been priceless. There's no need to worry about discrimination—such things don't exist here. If you're looking to work as part of a team, learn more, perform your job properly, and focus on career growth, this is one of the places where you can achieve that. Additionally, the benefits, including medical coverage and free meals, are great for the staff to enjoy."

    This role has taught me a lot :)
    The good thingsThe working environment is great, with supportive superiors and colleagues who make you happy to come to work.
    The challengesFor me, the challenge here is language barrier, as most of the staff use Mandarin rather than English, which makes it a bit hard for me to understand and sometimes leads to misunderstandings and feeling left out. However, I believe that the company will evolve over time to become more inclusive for everyone.

    This role provides excellent exposure and the opportunity to learn a lot in a very short period.
    The good thingsGood working environment, supportive colleagues, and management with ample opportunities for growth. The company is currently undergoing a reformation of some departments, and I'm fortunate to be one of the key personnel involved in this transition. It's a great exposure to different company cultures and the challenges from various aspects.
    The challengesWorking under one of the SSC (Shared Service Center) companies in the Yee Lee Group is a challenging role, requiring coordination with various company PICs for hiring and handling different positions. The SSC setup is new, with many policies being upgraded and amended, necessitating quick adaptation to the evolving environment.
