If you’ve received a better offer, it might be worth considering other opportunities.
The good thingsGood things is the package is quite ok compare to other company
The challengesThere are significant issues across the board — with the people, management, and direct supervisors. Communication is poor, leadership lacks clear direction, and I would not recommend joining

Less professional of the management and working culture
The good thingsfriendly colleagues, understanding and helpful team mate.
The challengessuperior management skills, you must 100% follow your superior even though you have your own idea to complete the task. superior no tolerance if you unable to complete the task on time and no solution or direction provided even you've shared the problems you faced. 24/7 on call and must strictly follow date line given or else you will get a warning letter from the management.

    Tough
The good thingsExposure to many different parts of the business supply chain. There is also exposure to many different skills and knowledge which is not easily attainable in a normal company scenario and environment. However, people are nice and understanding because everyone is in the same boat. Big brands under the portfolio.
The challengesBecause bosses are usually working under 2 or more business units and companies, there is no focus and very complicated to seek support. There is alot of work being thrown onto 1 person and company does not look at headcount all too well as there is constantly vacancies without active hiring being made.
