Boss pays 10 cents and expects returns of 10 million.
The good thingsGreat colleagues, they are very helpful and cooperative. The best sessions during work was when we had several brain-storming moments to solve current problems on the plant that occurred. I was situated at the wastewater treatment plant, where it was a great place to start as a fresh grad because that's the place to apply my knowledge on the specific fields. Besides, I do learn communication skills when dealing with our suppliers.
The challengesSeveral problems that arose during my working period here was there were problems from several aspects that caused the final quality of the treated waters to be below acceptance levels. Several problems needs monetary funds to overcome such as introducing new chemical usage or a new design in the treatment tanks or any possible modifications if possible. However, I believe that the reasons for holding back these crucial projects was still mainly due to costings and monetary issues.
