    The challengesSuperior&management can be quick to point the finger and blame an individual instead of discussing as a team to grow. Micromanaging lowers morale,productivity&stifles communications,no trust towards staff. No clear path to advancement.Unfair mgt due to promotion only happened on Chinese staff.
