    The challengesLack of professional / proper training, Lack of awareness to improve the business activities / process. Very high turnover rate. Management style too traditional.

    The good thingsThis is the good company that value their people as assets. Where continuous learning and self upgrading is highly recommended to improve our exposure and work effectiveness. While I was there entering as a fresh grad, the management team and colleague has a very good teamwork.
    The challengesBusiness wise, there is a lot of challenges from the market where we are having higher cost comparing to other competitors in China and Vietnam. There is a lot of dumping stocks into our local market thus the business is badly affected. Therefore we approached exports and to improve quality.

    The good thingsget improve my tech skill. not only tech skill i also improve many part such as firewall system, equipment or component computer using for factory, network, server and much. i also get a actual training about UTM firewall sophos and learn much about that such us the device, software, and features for controlling data either way intranet and internet
    The challengesthe challenges is need self learner and very independence. work self and need to know about it environment. with that i improve self quite fast. the factory is big and i need do alone. network connection is the biggest challenge to me and they only using flat switch, its quite hard to trace with part lost the connection.
