The good thingsCOMPANY EVALUATE YOU BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCES.GET EXTRA INCENTIVE IF YOU PERFORM WELL. GREAT TEAM WORKS AND COLLEAGUES. A GREAT PLACE TO STUDY AND EXPLORE A NEW THINGS. MANAGEMENT ARE VERY FLEXIBLE, ABLE TO HEAR AND LISTEN AND GOOD OPINION AND ADVICE FROM STAFF.
The challenges-CERTIFIED WITH FSSC 2200, BUT THE IMPLEMENTATION IS NOT WELL APPLY. POTENTIAL TO GROW, BUT NEED TO STRICTLY ENFORCE ALL THOSE PROCEDURES AND WORK FLOW TO ALL EMPLOYEES. NEED TO DO MULTITASKING JOBS SINCE THEY HAVE LESS MAN POWERS.

The challengeseven though this is a small medium industry, but it have large potential to grow up and become one of the top world wide class industry. However they need to educate and train all the levels of workers in term of standard procedure and so on.
