There's no future and prospects in my job portfolio.
The good thingsThe IT system is good.
The challengesThe management does not have a clear direction and no concrete plans to achieve its objectives. But they still want to impose unrealistic targets.

The challengesChallenges working with this company is you must get prepared to attend any issues that you never expect and also you must quickly find a solution that will reduce impact to other people especially to the top level management.
