    The good thingsExperiences I gained there is so valuable. I started with zero technical and industry knowledge. My English was bad back then. I cant present and speak nicely. After about 2 years, I learned a lot and its good for myself as I can easily jump to other company with knowledge I gained from this company.
    The challengesThe office is like deep in the kampung. Canteen is not very nice. Clean and nice eating place was not there. The company try to makes employee happy but dont expect big bonus. In addition, this is local company, its hard to get international exposure.
