    I worked at Best Companies and nice people in the office and learn a lot on the day to day basis
    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
    The challengesThe staff is friendly, I loved each one of them, always greets when me walk in. They schedules are very flexible, very genuine energy, and lots of fun events, get togethers and team bonding opportunities. Very recommended! Also very fulfilling job!

    The good things1. All of the Head of Departments are very nice and easy to get cooperation. 2. Very friendly and nice colleagues. 3. Bonding of relationship between non-executive and executive position just like family. 4. Very comfortable canteen with delicious and affordable foods. 5. Very comfortable surau. 6. Non-executive sell their products inside here with very high quality and reasonable price.
    The challengesTermendously high turn-over within a month, so definitely there are something wrong inside here. They have to improve the welfare of the employees if they want to keep their employees loyal and serve for them for years.     The challengesIn term of job description, they need to be more specific and also need to create learning surroundings and not just hoping some heroes to save the company. And the upper level management also need to know how to take care their own people and be a great leader instead of being a boss.

    The good thingsHandle job from end to end. You able to gain a good knowledge and experience. Report directly to Managing Director so less bureaucracy. You will have the top management visibility. Your are holding a great responsibility. Easy communication between department. You will be a coordinator between production sections in the factory.
    The challengesToo wide range of job scope. The responsibility is great. At my time no proper system implemented. Too depending on own knowledge and skills. Everything is too manual. Located in Kulim Industrial Zone, the salary is low compare to factories' in Kulim Hi-tech park. Difficult to switch company within Kulim Industrial Zone because of relationship between the factories are close.
