The challenges- Lack of standardization and format in softwares such as AutoCAD.
- Poor management.
- Meetings past office hours.
- Boss can be unprofessional at times.
- Tasks given last minute and very occasionally designers are asked to stay back until very late hours (e.g. 3 a.m.)
