    Patience highly needed if you work here
    The good thingsThey are working with some pretty big brands. If you would be patient to wait till the management finally aware of their own flaws then good future for you.
    The challengesManagement has little ideas on how to run the business, especially when the business had been inherited by the younger generations. They are so arrogant of their so-called EXPERIENCE when there's actually none in fact.
