The good thingsWorking hour is flexible but, once it start, its never ending.
The challengesNo salary increment after 3 year Staff claim & salary always late When your claim is late, then you use your salary. When you used all salary for work, then what you want to give to family? Then our family ask us, did we go to work or not. because we dont have salary.

The good thingsI easily adapt to the working culture. Friendly, easy-going and very helpful. Alert on the issues that is going on in the team, motivated and energetic. As we're in the competitive industry, we are adhere to maintain the good attitude and healthy working routine, the working culture teaches us on how to independently find the solution first before refers to any one of other people so that we learn many from our effort to get the information. Indirectly practicing ourselves on the tasks which need us to complete it on the particular deadline. Flexible workplace based on customers request & availability of company placement. Great team work & team members. Supportive leader and OT available.
The challengesAs the company is one of the established company, high competition would be matter to all of staffs and it is necessary to keep maintaining good management of resources according to the tasks overall. As a whole, it will smoothing the operation and work flow of the tasks given.

Good for entry level and anybody who want growth in Telco Industry
The good thingsWorking together inside a project , discussing together every problem encountered as well as the solutions that fits the problem. Easy kawtim la to say if you work very hard. Worth your sacrifices you've done for the company.
The challengesIts a contract job, what do you expect. Not much benefits could be gained , furthermore for me the job is based on project. So, your work/life balance would be difficult to maintain if you already have married.

The good thingsCompany will take fresh grad. Good place if you want to start to become RF Engineer. Easy to understand the work scope. Opportunity to travel all over Malaysia (depend on project). Allowance will be given for outstation work. Accommodation, petrol, toll and driver provided for project purpose. Supportive team member.
The challengesVery low salary for fresh grad. Have to work on saturday and sunday(sometime) to achieve company goal. Your work will be delay because most of the time the driver will come late. No career development. After probation company will delay your increment (have to fight for it). You salary will be deduct to pay the accommodation bills.
